Cybersecurity assessments, consulting, remediation, backup management, ongoing maintenance, and other paid work are governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or other written contract. If a client agreement conflicts with these terms about a paid engagement, the client agreement controls for that engagement.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information. It forms part of the rules governing your use of the website.

Website descriptions and prices are general information, not a binding quote or offer. Availability, scope, recommendations, and final pricing may depend on information gathered during the consultation or scoping process. Any proposal may have an expiry date and additional terms.

Do not send passwords, access keys, recovery codes, payment-card details, social insurance numbers, patient records, personal health information, detailed vulnerability evidence, malware, or other highly sensitive information through the website, ordinary email, or an introductory inquiry. If sensitive information is required for an accepted engagement, we will arrange an appropriate method and instructions.

Form delivery and spam prevention may depend on third-party services. A successful on-screen submission does not guarantee immediate receipt or response. If your matter is time-sensitive, state the timing clearly, but do not treat the request form as an emergency reporting channel.
